The Indian Air Force has successfully launched refueling in indigenous aircraft Tejas in the air. Tejas MK 1 fueled the air by the IL-78 MKI tanker. During this, an IL-78 tanker at 20,000 feet in the air filled the fuel in Tejas with 1900 kilograms of fuel. This tanker aircraft was launched from Agra, while Tejas aircraft was launched from Gwalior. Wing Commander Siddharth Singh was in the IL-78 tanker. The process of refueling in the air was monitored by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Aeronautical Development Agency at Ground station in Gwalior. With the process of refueling in the air Tejas has reached near the tag of 'Ready for War'. At the same time, India has joined the category of select countries, who have the technology to refuel in the air of the military aircraft.

Face recognition technology will be used for boarding pass. This technology will be started at the Bangalore International Airport in the first quarter of 2019. It will be used by Jet Airways, Air Asia and SpiceJet Airlines. Using Face Recognition Technology, the boarding system will become simple and paperless. In different sections of the airport, verification will be done only from the passenger to the face. Therefore, there will be no need to present documents in the various sections in the airport. The aim of 'Mobilize Your City' is to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases emitted due to transportation in urban areas. For this, Nagpur, Kochi and Ahmedabad have been selected on pilot basis in the beginning. In these three cities technical assistance will be provided for policy formation and implementation related to transport system.
