Its aim is to bring changes in the agriculture sector through biodiversity and forest conservation in the agricultural sector. Funding of $ 33.5 million for this project is being provided by the Global Environment Facility. It will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of the Government of India. It will be started in five states of Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Odisha, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Under this project, biodiversity, land degradation, climate change and forest management will be produced by keeping an eye on agriculture.

In this draft, detailed information about the cooling requirements of different sectors has been collected, in which list of all the activities has been made which reduces the demand for cooling, this will reduce direct and direct emissions.
The Montreal Protocol is an international treaty, it was created to preserve the ozone layer. The treaty was agreed on August 26, 1987 in Montreal of Montreal, this treaty was effective from August 26, 1989. After this treaty a meeting was held in Helsinki in May 1989. This meeting was discussed in reducing chlorofluorocarbons, CTC helon, methyl bromide, methyl chloroform and carbonatetrocloride. This proposal was passed by 197 countries around the world. This treaty is also quite successful.

विश्व ओजोन दिवस 2018 को केन्द्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने ‘मोंट्रियल प्रोटोकॉल – इंडियाज़ सक्सेस स्टोरी’ नामक पुस्तक तथा भारत के कूलिंग एक्शन प्लान का मसौदा जारी किया। इसके साथ ही भारत विश्व का ऐसा पहला देश बन गया है जिसने कूलिंग एक्शन प्लान फॉर इस प्रकार के दस्तावेज तैयार कर लिए हैं। इस ड्राफ्ट में विभिन्न सेक्टर्स को कुलिंग आवश्यकताओं के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी एकत्रित की गयी है, इसमें उन सब गतिविधियों की सूची बनायीं गयी है जिनसे कूलिंग की मांग में कमी की जा सकती है, इससे प्रत्यक्ष व प्रत्यक्ष उत्सर्जन में कमी आएगी।
मोंट्रियल प्रोटोकॉल एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संधि है, इसे ओजोन परत के संरक्षण के लिए बनाया गया था। इस संधि पर 26 अगस्त, 1987 को कनाडा के मोंट्रियल में सहमती प्रकट की गयी थी, यह संधि 26 अगस्त, 1989 से लागू हुई थी। इस संधि के बाद मई, 1989 में हेलसिंकी में एक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया था। इस बैठक में क्लोरोफ्लोरोकार्बन, CTC हेलॉन, मिथाइल ब्रोमाइड, मिथाइल क्लोरोफॉर्म तथा कार्बनटेट्राक्लोराइड को कम करने पर चर्चा की गयी थे। इस प्रस्ताव के विश्व भर के 197 देशों द्वारा पारित किया गया था। यह संधि काफी सफल भी रही है।

ISRO launched the first Space Technology Incubation Center at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Agartala. ISRO Chairman Dr. K.K. V. Sivan and Tripura Chief Minister Bipal Kumar Deb launched. This incubation center is part of the first edition of Spastronix. Through Incubation, ISRO will assist in the development of start-ups. In the next 6 months, ISRO will start 5 incubation centers in Jalandhar, Bhubaneswar, Nagpur, Indore and Tiruchirappalli. Each incubation center will be built at a cost of Rs 2 crore. With the help of these incubation centers, start-ups will develop essential tools for ISRO. ISRO will provide ISRO guidance to these start-ups.

Anna Rajam Malhotra was the first IAS officer of India after independence, he died in Mumbai on September 17, 2018. He was born in July 1927 in Ernakulam district of Kerala. He joined Civil Services in 1951. He was in-charge of the Asian Games held in Delhi in 1982. He also had an important role in making Nhava Sheva, the first computerized port of the country. He retired in 1996. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1989.

अन्ना राजम मल्होत्रा स्वतंत्रता के बाद भारत की पहली आईएएस अफसर थीं, उनका निधन 17 सितम्बर, 2018 को मुंबई में हुआ। उनका जन्म केरल के एर्नाकुलम जिले में जुलाई, 1927 में हुआ था। वे 1951 में सिविल सेवाओं में शामिल हुई थीं। वे 1982 में दिल्ली में आयोजित एशियाई खेलों की इन-चार्ज थी। देश के पहले कंप्यूटराइज्ड बंदरगाह न्हावाशेवा बनाने में भी उनकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका थी। वे 1996 में सेवानिवृत्त हुई थी। 1989 में उन्हें पद्म भूषण पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।
