| Safety Officer |
i) Possesses recognized degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology and has had practical experience of working in a Factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 2 years.
ii) Possess a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government in this behalf. |

| Welfare Officer |
i) Possesses a degree of a University recognized by the State Government in this behalf;
ii) Has obtained a Degree or Diploma in Social Science from any institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf;
iii) Has adequate knowledge of Hindi as also of the language spoken by the majority or the workers in the factory to which he is to be attached. |
