1. Which organization has introduced the facility of filing zero GST statement through SMS?
Answer: GSTN
The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has introduced a facility under which composition tax payers can file zero GST through SMS mode without logging on to the GST portal as GST CMP-08. According to GSTN data, a total of 17.11 lakh taxpayers have opted for composition scheme. Out of 17.11 lakh, 20% taxpayers file zero statement.

2. Which city police has banned flying drones till 28 November?
Answer: Mumbai
The Mumbai Police has banned flying remote airborne objects or drones and para-gliders in the sky of its jurisdiction. This order has been issued under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973. The ban has been imposed for security reasons and the move has been taken by anti-national elements in Mumbai to stop the use of these flying machines to attack VVIP.

3. To what date has the Dispute Settlement Scheme ‘Dispute to Confidence’ extended?
Answer: 31 March 2021
The Central Government has extended the deadline for payment under the Income Tax Dispute Settlement Scheme ‘Dispute to Confidence’ to 31 March 2021. According to the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), the declaration should be made by 31 December 2020 and only in respect of such declarations, income tax can be paid by 31 March without additional amount.

4. Recently Indian and Canadian researchers have found evidence of dairy production in which civilization?
Answer: Indus Valley Civilization
A team of researchers from India and Canada has discovered that milk production existed in the Indus Valley Civilization in 2500 BCE. This is the earliest known evidence of dairy production. The results were based on a chemical analysis of pottery found at an archaeological site in Kotra Bhadli, a rural area in Gujarat, which observed the presence of dairy lipids.

5. India Post has signed an agreement with which country to exchange customs data related to postal shipments?
North America
India Post and United States Postal Service (USPS) have entered into an agreement for exchange of customs data related to postal shipments. This has enabled both countries to exchange electronic data of international postal items prior to their physical arrival at the destination. According to this agreement, the exchange of electronic advance data (EAD) will enable mutual trade between the two countries.
