About TS EAMCET Exam:

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test-2010 (TS EAMCET-2020) is being conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This state level examination is a prerequisite for admission to various professional courses offered in university / private colleges in Telangana state and is conducted once a year.

About TS EAMCET Results:

  • Candidates will be explained in order of merit in rank twelfth
  • The rank obtained in TS EAMCET-2020 is valid for admission to the courses mentioned in the application form for the academic year 2020-2021 only.
  • The rank card will be downloaded from the website: https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in
  • The rank obtained by any candidate claiming as SC / ST category with the benefit of relaxation of minimum qualification marks in TS EAMCET-2020 is claimed to be invalid at the time of admission to any course of any study. Participating Universities / Institutions.

Criteria for ranking:

As per GOMs.No 73 of Higher Education (EC.2) Department on 28-07-2011, the candidates who have secured qualifying marks in TS EAMCET-2020 and belong to the category of SC / ST, who have qualification Marks are not set, ranking will be given in order of merit by giving weight 5% weightage for general marks obtained in TS EAMCET-2020 and 25% weightage for marks obtained in related group subjects. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry of Aptitude Test.

About merit list:

For the preparation of merit list, in case of achieving the same combined score obtained by more than one student, the tie will be resolved to decide the gradual ranking by considering the following:

  • TS EAMCET -2020 Total Total Normalized Score secured
  • Generalized marks secured in Mathematics in TS EAMCET-2020
  • Generalized marks in physics in TS EAMCET-2020
  • The percentage of percentage marks in the qualifying exam was safe
  • If the tie still continues the date of birth of the respective candidates, the elder is preferred over the smaller.
