Medical Criteria for Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2019
|
- A candidate must have strong physical and good mental health.
- The chest should be well developed with a minimum of 5 cm extension.
- There should be normal hearing with each ear and good binocular vision in both eyes. He should be able to read 6/6 in the far vision chart with each eye. The color vision must be CP – III (capable of correctly detecting white, red and green signals as shown by Martin Lantern at 1.5 meters).
- There should be a sufficient number of natural healthy gum and teeth i.e. minimum 14 dental points.
- Diseases such as bone deformity, hydrocele and varicocele or hemorrhoids should not occur.
- Soldier (General Duty) for infantry should have 6/6 eye sight.
