Preliminary Exam

Exam Pattern :- Scheme of Bihar PSC Civil Judge Pre Exam is given below :

► The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
► There shall be following two papers in exam :

Minimum Qualifying Marks –

• Unreserved Category – 45% Marks
• Reserved Category – 40% Marks

Exam Syllabus :- Bihar Judicial Service Pre Exam Syllabus is :

1. General Knowledge including current affairs
2. Elementary General Science
3. Law of Evidence & Procedure
4. Constitutional and Administrative Law of India
5. Hindi Law & Muhammadan Law
6. Law of Transfer of Property and Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief
7. Law of Contracts & Torts
8. Commercial Law

Note: 10 times Candidates of No. of Vacancy Will be Called for Main Exam.

Main Written Exam

Exam Pattern :- BPSC Civil Judge Main Exam Pattern is as follows :

► The written test will be subjective type of total 1050 marks.
► There shall be 8(eight) papers in exam.
► Papers will be based on 5 compulsory and 3 optional(choice from 5) subjects.
► There will also be an Interview of 100 marks.

Compulsory Subjects :

Optional Subjects : any 3 of 5

Note- Minimum qualifying marks shall be 35%.
