Answer: Ministry of Labor and Employment
The Union Ministry of Labor and Employment has recently notified the draft rules under the Social Security Code, 2020. As per the new rules, unorganized workers and platform workers can avail social security benefits including self-registration on the government portal through Aadhaar registration.

2. ‘Dharni’ portal, which was seen in the news, has been launched by which state government?
Answer: Telangana
Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao announced that registration of non-agricultural land and properties would be initiated through the ‘Dharni’ portal. It is an integrated land records management system portal, launched in the month of October. It has a record of about 1.46 crore acres. Originally, only agricultural land was registered through the Dharni portal.
