Eligibility Criteria for Assam Rifles Recruitment
Trade Education Qualification Age Limit
Trade – Hindi Translator Gd-II Master’s Degree of a recognised University in Hindi/ English with English Hindi as a compulsory I elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level 22 to 28 Years
Trade – Building & Road a) Matriculation or equivalent.
b) Three years diploma in Nursing from a recognised Council		 18 to 25 Years
Trade – Clerk (a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board/ University or equivalent.
(b) Skill Test Norms on Computer. English typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer
Trade – Personal Assistant (a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board or University or equivalent.
(b) Skill Test Norms on Computer:- (i) Dictation. 10 minutes@ 80 words per minute
Trade – Electrical Fitter Signal 10th class pass with Science, Math and English as subjects from a recognised Board  

18 to 23 Years
Trade – Lineman Field 10th class pass from a recognised Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in Electrician trade from a recognised Institute
Trade – Radio Mechanic 10th from a recognised board with a diploma in Radio and Television Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications
12th Standard or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty per cent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised or University or Institution
Trade – Armourer 10th class pass from a recognised Board and
Industrial Training Institute certificate in relevant Trade
Trade -Vehicle Mechanic
Trade – Electrician Mechanic Vehicle
Trade – Engineer Artifice
