State Bank of India has released the official notification Clerk Examination (Junior Associate). To further increase your knowledge, we are providing you Sbi Clerk Job Profile, Salary, Allowances given by the bank and various allowances.

SBI Junior Associate Pay Scale:

As per the notification issued by State Bank of India, the pay scale of SBI Junior Associate is 11765-655 / 3-13730-815 / 3-16175-980 / 4-20095-1145 / 7-281.18-2120 / 1-. 30230-1310 / 1-31,450.

• Initial salary will be - 11765 / - (Annual increase - 655 / - for three years)
• After three years’ increase, it will be 13730 / - (annual increase - 815 / - for three years)
• After three years increase, it will be 16175 / - (annual increment - 980 / - for four years)
• After four years of increase, it will be 20095 / - (annual increase - 1145 / - for seven years)
• After seven years increase, it will be 28110 / - (Annual increment - 2120 / - for one year)
• After one year of increment, it will be 30230 / - (Annual increment - 1310 / - for one year)
• After one year increase, it will be 31450 / - (maximum salary).

According to the official notification, the total initial emission of a junior associate payable in a metro city like Mumbai would be around Rs 23600 / - (inclusive DA DA and other allowances). Allowances at the place of posting of an employee can be very high.

Salary component of SBI Junior Associate Clerk: -

These are the salary components of SBI Junior Associate Clerk:

• The decision was taken on the basis of dearness allowance (DA) CPI. DA is amended by the Government of India.
• House Rent Allowance (HRA) It depends on the place of posting of the employee and this component is more in metro cities than any other city in India.
• Special allowances
• Transport Allowances (if required)

Probation period :-

The newly appointed Junior Associates will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months. This will be increased (if necessary). 15 scheduled e-lessons will be required to be completed by a newly recruited Junior Associate during probation. If anyone fails to clear the lesson, it will be extended till completion.

SBI Clerk Job Profile: -

The newly appointed junior associates can work day to day as a single window operator like opening bank account, amount transfer (NEFT, RTGS, any other mode) and any other functions.
Junior Associates can work as Head Cashier in any branch of State Bank of India where he is posted.

They can also serve as a special assistant.
