  • UKSSSC Junior Engineer Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Exam.

Selection Procedure:

The Selection Shall Be Made Strictly As Per Merit In The Written Examinations. Category Wise Merit List Will Be Formed For All The Categories. Thus The Final Selection Process For The Post Of UKSSSC Junior Engineer Will Consist Of Only One Stage. i.e;

  • Written Examination ( MCQ Type)

Exam Pattern:

  • The Written Exam Will Consist Of Objective Type Questions.
  • The Time Duration Will Be Two Hours
  • Exam Paper Will Consist Of 100 Questions Of 100 Marks.
  • The Exam Will Consist Of Technical Questions Which Related To The Civil Engineering Subjects.
  • Each Question Will Be Of 1 Mark.
  • All The Questions Will Be Technical.

Note:- 01 Mark Will Be Awarded For Each Correct Answer And 1/4 Mark Will Be Deducted For Each Incorrect Answer.

Minimum Required Percentage :

The Minimum Marks Required For The OBC And General candidates to Qualify This Exam Is 45 %. While For SC/ST Candidates It Is 35%.

Section 3General Awareness Which Consists Of Current Events Of National And International Importance, Games And Sports, Art And Culture Of India, Indian Literature, Monuments And Places Of India, General Science, And Life Science (Up To 10th CBSE), History Of India And Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social And Economic Geography Of India And World, Indian Polity And Governance- Constitution And Political System, General Scientific And Technological Developments Including Space And Nuclear Program Of India, UN And Other Important World Organizations, Environmental Issues Concerning India And World At Large, Basics Of Computers And Computer Applications, Common Abbreviations, Transport Systems In India, Indian Economy, Famous Personalities Of India And World, Flagship Government Programs, Flora And Fauna Of India, Important Government And Public Sector Organizations Of India Etc.
Section 4Post Related Technical Subjects Which Consists Of Civil Engineering Subjects Such As:-

Structure, Steel Structure, Masonry Structure, Irrigation Engineering, Transportation Engineering, The Strength Of Materials, Construction Equipment, Planning, And Management.
