NEET 2023: An announcement is yet to be made regarding the date of the application form for NEET 2023, and once it is announced, the candidates can visit the National Testing Agency (NTA) website – ntaneet.nic.in for information on NEET and its application process.

NEET Exam 2023 will be held in the  NTA, NEET 2023 examination is scheduled to be conducted on 17 July 2023.. NEET 2023 exam will be conducted through offline mode (pen paper based test). NEET 2023 will be operated by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NEET entrance exam is conducted every year.
NTA has released the Exam date – NTA, NEET 2023 examination is scheduled to be conducted on 17 July 2023.
Eligible candidates will be able to apply online for the exam from April 2 2023, and the last date to apply for NEET 2023 is May 7 2023 (tentative).

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

  • Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

Minimum Age Requirement for NEET 2023

Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2023.

Qualifying Marks

The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2023 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

Maximum Attempts

There are no restrictions on the maximum attempt of the candidates.

NEET 2023 Exam Pattern

NEET 2023 Syllabus

Here we are mentioning the NEET 2023 Syllabus which is prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The students must prepare for the NEET 2023 from the 11th and 12th subject of the science stream.

Physics:

The NEET 2023 Physics syllabus will contain topics like Electromagnetic Waves, Laws of Motion, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Electrostatic, Electronic Devices, Properties of Bulk Matter, etc.

Chemistry

Some topics will be some basic concept of chemistry, Electro Chemistry, P-Block Elements, Surface Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Hydrogen, Equilibrium, Alcohols, Phenols, and Ethers, etc.

Biology:

Some basic topics will be Human Physiology, Reproduction, Plant Physiology, Cell Structure and Function, Ecology & Environment, Diversity in Living World, Biology and Human Welfare, etc.

NEET 2023 application form

Students can apply for NEET 2023 online examination by visiting the official website (ntaneet.nic.in). Registration for NEET 2023 will start temporarily in the month of December 2023. The entire process will include personal details, academic details, choice of medium and the candidate’s preferred examination center. The next step will involve uploading scanned documents and paying the required application fee.

The process of applying for the exam includes these steps:

  •     After visiting the official website, candidates have to click on the official NEET 2023 application ‘button and register with a valid unique email ID and phone number.
  •     After filling the application form, one has to download the system generated application number.
  •     Students are required to upload a passport size photograph, a post size photograph, their signature, a left hand thumb impression, as well as scanned copies of Class X pass certificate.

NEET 2023 Application Correction :

NEET 2023 applicants will be able to improve their application forms. The NTA will open a correction window from the third week of January, which will remain open till the last week of January 2023. Applicants will be able to make corrections online. However, applicants should note that improvement will be possible only in selected areas. Therefore, it is advised to read the guidelines properly and fill the NEET application form with complete honesty. Candidates will be informed about the correctional facility and details will be sent to their registered mail ID and phone number.

The Medical Council of India (MCI) currently recognizes 542 medical colleges and 64 stand-alone PG institutions. Collectively, they have 83,075 seats for MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), 26,949 seats for BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Surgery) There are 50,720 seats for AYUSH courses. 525 seats for Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery), and BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), and BVSC (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) and Animal Health. NEET 2023 Admit Card

NEET 2023 Admit Card will be issued through online mode. Candidates can check the admit card of NEET 2023 from the official website. The NEET 2023 Admit Card will be issued in the fourth week of March 2023. The authority will not provide NEET 2023 admit card post or in any physical way.

NEET 2023 Answer Key will be released in the second week of May 2023. Students have to download the NEET 2023 Answer Key and check the marks which they can appear in the entrance examination.
